TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MY RACE LOG AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Race Log and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
